Meet the Founder Laskasas was founded in November 2004, sparked by the vision and passion of Celso Lascasas, a dedicated craftsman whose love for furniture-making started at just 14 years old. Inspired by his German great-grandmother, who arrived in Portugal in the 1920s and passed down not only her surname but a legacy of resilience and determination, Celso set out to build a brand rooted in craftsmanship and authenticity. With relentless dedication, he transformed his expertise into a thriving business that reflects both heritage and innovation. Today, under the leadership of Celso and his partner Diana Lascasas, the brand continues to grow as a symbol of excellence, where every piece tells a story of passion, tradition, and forward-thinking design.
