  • Is there a minimum required order value when purchasing from Laskasas?

    No minimum order value applies to most products. However, for Real Leather items, minimum order quantities are required:
    • Chairs (4),
    • Armchairs (2),
    • Poufs (2),
    • Benches (2).

    If these minimum quantities aren’t met, the customer will be charged for the leather waste.

  • Laskasas pieces can be customised?

    • Yes, each piece can be customised to suit your needs and preferences. Some items may have limitations, so our technical team reviews all customisation requests.
    • While we strive to match finishes and textures perfectly, exact matches cannot be guaranteed.
    • For COM (Customer’s Own Material) orders, production will begin only after all supplied materials have arrived and been approved by Laskasas. Lead times start after material approval.
  • To which countries do you sell?

    We sell worldwide without restrictions.
  • What are your opening times?

    Customer Service is available Monday to Friday, 9 am–6 pm (WET, Portugal time) except on public holidays. For showroom and distributor hours, please refer to our Showrooms page.

  • What is Laskasas shipping policy?

    • All prices and transactions are EX WORKS and exclude transportation costs and related fees.
    • Shipping can be arranged upon request through your Trade Project Specialist at an additional cost.
    • Laskasas is not responsible for any damage, loss, or events occurring during or after transportation or installation.
