Based in Porto, Portugal, we design and build all our furniture ourselves. All of our designs are available in custom materials, finishes and sizes to meet your needs. Each product is handcrafted to fit your vision. Customisation is at the heart of Laskasas, allowing you to select the exact look that suits your residential and commercial projects. We have a dedicated team available to help you through the entire customisation process. Meet the FounderIntroducing the visionary that started the company from scratch back in November 2004. Celso Lascasas is the name of the man who started all of this. He inherited his unusual surname from his German great-grandmother. An engineer who arrived in Portugal in the 1920s to help manage the coal mines in Gondomar. She met the love of her life here, and they started a family together, marking the begging of a legacy. Celso Lascasas built a treasure that he shares with those that help him grow the group daily. Everything started with the dream of creating his own business in an industry he was working in from the age of 14. Celso started as a humble artisan and almost two decades after he is the CEO of one of the biggest furniture manufacturing groups in Portugal, with over 400 employees, over 40 physical locations (stores and showrooms) worldwide. |
