Shipping methods may vary depending on the items selected:

• Mainland Portugal: 7 days - Free for all orders.
• Madeira Island: Available for purchase exclusively at our physical store in Funchal.
• Azores Islands: 14 days - Shipping costs a flat 7€.

• Mainland Portugal: 70 days. Delivery and assembly are carried out by a Laskasas team. Shipping costs are calculated according to the delivery address and the products included in the order and are displayed before completing your purchase.
• Madeira Island: 85 days. Delivery and assembly services are included and carried out by a Laskasas team.
• Azores Islands: 85 days. We only provide delivery to the customer's doorstep; assembly service is not included. Shipping costs are calculated according to the delivery address and the products included in the order and are displayed before completing your purchase.

Regarding furniture products, please note the following:

• At Laskasas, we do not keep stock for furniture items. All products are made to order especially for you, upon payment confirmation.
• Laskasas furniture is carefully crafted by professionals with decades of experience at our factory in the north of Portugal.

Returns are available only for purchases made online.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return the item. The customer is responsible for bearing the full cost of returning the goods in the event of exercising the right to freely terminate the contract. When returning any products, the following conditions must be met:

• Make the return request directly in your personal account on the Laskasas website, by accessing "My account" – "Orders", selecting the order and starting the return process;
• If the customer chooses to have Laskasas collect the goods, there is a cost of 140€ for furniture items and 10€ for Laskasas Home items;
• The products must be returned in perfect condition, with the original packaging intact (in the case of Laskasas Home products);
• Laskasas does not accept the return of any products after they have been used;
• All items will be checked and only those that meet the return conditions will be accepted for exchange or return;
• Laskasas reserves the right not to accept items that do not meet these conditions;

REIMBURSEMENT

The reimbursement will be made by the same payment method used at the time of ordering (if this is possible) or by transfer to the bank account to be indicated by the customer for this purpose. In any case, Laskasas may withhold the refund until it has received the returned products, in particular for the purpose of verifying their condition.
