Laskasas is proud to feature in Wayford House, a residential project by Brownlow Interior Design, where considered design meets rich and layered ambience. At the heart of this moody and elegant whiskey room are three customised Estoril Bar Stools, crafted to perfectly complement the studio’s refined vision.
Conceived as an intimate space for slow moments and evening rituals, the whiskey room comfortably integrates a bar and lounge-style seating for six. The studio designed the space around atmosphere, creating a layout that encourages flow and ease without compromising warmth or character. Deep colours, tactile materials, and custom details bring the setting to life.
Interior Collaboration Rooted in Craft
The room’s palette centres around dark hues and warm contrasts — a canvas that called for furnishings with visual and textural depth. That’s where Laskasas came in.
Known for our tailored approach to furniture design, we worked closely with Brownlow Interior Design to adapt the Estoril Bar Stool to fit this environment — delivering a result that is both sculptural and subtle, contemporary and timeless.
Estoril Bar Stools: Customised for Character
For this project, the Estoril Bar Stools were customised with:
- Seat Upholstery: Berlin Camel leather
- Legs: Black Matte Lacquered finish
- Metal Details: Texturised Black Iron Matte
These finishes create a balanced tension between softness and structure, ideal for the project's blend of elegance and intimacy. The slender silhouette of the Estoril Stool lends a sophisticated presence to the compact space, while its tactile finishes echo the project’s layered and inviting tone.
