Shipping methods may vary depending on the items selected:

• Mainland Portugal: 7 days - Free for all orders.

• Islands: 7 days - Shipping costs a flat 7€.

• Portugal Mainland and Islands: 90 days - he shipping costs are calculated according to the delivery address and the products in the order, and presented before finalising the purchase. Find out more here.

• Madrid, Galicia and Marbella: 90 days .

For furniture products, some aspects stand out:

• At Laskasas we do not work with stock for furniture items. All products are made to order especially for you, upon confirmation of payment.

• Laskasas furniture is carefully produced by professionals with decades of experience at our factory in the north of Portugal.

• Delivery and assembly of all products is done by a Laskasas team. For Mainland Portugal assembly service is included. In the case of the Islands, we only ensure delivery to the customer's door, the assembly service is not included.

If you made a purchase directly from our online shop, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to make the return. The customer is responsible for bearing, in full, the costs of returning the goods in case of exercise of the right of free termination of the contract. When returning any products the following conditions must be met:

• Please contact Laskasas at pos-venda@laskasas.com;

• The products must be returned in perfect condition, with complete original packaging and accompanied by the original invoice;

• Laskasas does not accept the return of any products after use;

• All items will be checked on arrival and only those that meet the return conditions will be accepted for exchange or refund;

• Laskasas reserves the right not to accept items that do not comply with these conditions.

REIMBURSEMENT

The reimbursement will be made by the same payment method used at the time of ordering (if this is possible) or by transfer to the bank account to be indicated by the customer for this purpose. In any case, Laskasas may withhold the refund until it has received the returned products, in particular for the purpose of verifying their condition.
